Meet Work Bestie

Hi — I’m Lisa. I bring more than 15 years of experience across Fortune 50 organizations, where I’ve built a career spanning marketing, strategy, and people leadership, and led teams of varying sizes through growth, change, and complexity. I hold an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University and a master’s degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, with a focus on executive coaching and organizational consulting. Alongside my corporate work, I’ve been deeply committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, serving on the leadership boards of women’s employee resource groups and centering my Penn capstone thesis on the gender gap in corporate American leadership. Supporting women and underrepresented talent in navigating visibility, confidence, and advancement has been a consistent throughline in my career.

I founded Your Work Bestie to bridge the gap between career theory and career reality — and to offer something more thoughtful than generic advice or hustle culture. This work sits at the intersection of career coaching, professional development, and personal brand, grounded in real organizational experience and practical frameworks that actually translate. Through coaching cohorts, private sessions, and a resource library, I help professionals understand and articulate their value, communicate with clarity, and build careers that can absorb change rather than break under it.
