Digital Products (No Refunds)

All digital products sold on this website—including but not limited to downloadable files, templates, workbooks, guides, videos, and other digital resources—are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate access granted upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a digital product has been delivered or accessed. This policy exists to protect our intellectual property and prevent misuse.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are receiving immediate access to proprietary digital content.

  • All sales of digital products are final.

Coaching Programs & Live Sessions

For coaching programs, courses, or live sessions (whether virtual or in-person), the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled course or program start date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund.

If you are unable to attend after the 7-day window, refunds will not be issued, as preparation, scheduling, and resource allocation have already taken place.
