Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate access granted upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a digital product has been delivered or accessed. This policy exists to protect our intellectual property and prevent misuse.

Coaching Programs & Live Sessions
For coaching programs, courses, or live sessions (whether virtual or in-person), the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled course or program start date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund.
If you are unable to attend after the 7-day window, refunds will not be issued, as preparation, scheduling, and resource allocation have already taken place.
