Let’s Get Hired is a live, cohort‑based program. Sessions are facilitated live to allow for discussion, reflection, and real‑time guidance.

Live participation is encouraged, but session recordings and materials are shared so you can stay engaged if you need to miss a session.

How much time should I expect to commit?

Plan for:

  • 60–75 minutes every other week for live sessions

  • Optional reflection and exercises between sessions (at your own pace)

Most participants spend 1–2 additional hours between sessions applying what they learn.

Is this right for senior‑level professionals?

Yes. The program is designed for mid‑career to senior professionals and focuses on clarity, positioning, and communication — not entry‑level tactics.

Is this only for people who are unemployed?

No. Many participants join while employed and preparing for a transition or clarifying next steps.

Do you guarantee job placement?

No. While the program provides guidance, structure, and tools, job search outcomes depend on many factors outside of coaching, including market conditions and individual effort.

How is this different from working with a recruiter or resume writer?

This program focuses on helping you think clearly, articulate your value, and navigate your search strategically — skills that extend beyond a single resume or role.

Refund & Reschedule Policy

Because this is a live, cohort‑based program with limited capacity:

  • Enrollment is non‑refundable once the cohort begins

  • If you notify us at least 7 days before the start date, you may request a transfer to a future cohort (subject to availability)

  • Missed sessions are not eligible for partial refunds

This policy helps ensure a consistent, supportive experience for all participants.
